The hardest part of working for the company well I wouldn't say hard, I'll most frustrating part is when a customer vehicle get repoed especially out of state, it gives us the runarounds as far as contacing the repo people to get fees and contacting the customer to keep him/her ubdated on the status on top of them giving us attitude and cursing at us.
